Garmin to Suunto Guide
Connect Garmin and Suunto, then choose whether new Garmin activities should be sent to Suunto automatically. You can also sync past activities from a date range whenever you need to.
Setup
You decide whether new Garmin activities are sent automatically and when past activities should be synced.
Sign in, connect Garmin, connect Suunto, and allow Activity Export when Garmin asks for permissions.
Open Garmin Services and turn on automatic activity sync. New Garmin activities will be sent to Suunto after they reach Quantified Self.
Choose a date range to send Garmin activities that are already stored in Quantified Self to Suunto.
Expectations
Activity sync uses the original files already saved with your activities and requires both provider connections to be active.
Automatic sync handles newly imported Garmin activities. Use Sync past activities for workouts that are already in Quantified Self.
If Garmin or Suunto revokes access, reconnect the provider and turn automatic activity sync back on.
Automatic service connections and cross-service sync require Pro. Manual uploads remain available on the free plan.
