Setup
Both accounts must be connected before Quantified Self can send COROS activities to Suunto.
Connect COROS and Suunto, then confirm both connections are active before enabling cross-service sync.
Open COROS Services and turn on automatic activity sync so new COROS activities can be sent to Suunto.
COROS history import is currently limited to the last 3 months by provider API restrictions.
Past Activities
Syncing past activities is separate from automatic sync and lets you choose the date range.
Choose a date range in COROS Services to send activities already stored in Quantified Self to Suunto.
If COROS or Suunto shows Reconnect required, reconnect before trying automatic activity sync again.
